Sales Development Representative

Now, we are looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our team. You will play a key role in driving new business for the teams by qualifying inbound leads and helping drive various outbound campaigns. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.


Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. We understand the complexities of modern markets and translate them into real business solutions for pharma & life sciences, insurance, finance, automotive, and real estate with more to come. As a part of our team, you will work with both the Marketing and Lead Management teams.

What you bring along:

  • High-level proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office & Google Applications;
  • English – Upper-intermediate or higher;
  • Strong lead research skills
  • Attention to details;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Desire to learn and develop.

This is your mission:

  • Warm-up inbound leads with further reassigning to the Sales Person;
  • Research information on inbound leads and qualify them;
  • Control the leads in CRMs up till the opportunity closure;
  • Prepare lists of cold contacts for ongoing campaigns, events, webinars, etc.;
  • Write highly personalized messages for the outreach through various channels (including social media, regular emails, phone calls, etc.). 

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in the lead generation sphere.
