Responsibilities:
- Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks;
- Targeting and reaching passive candidates using creative methodologies;
- Follow the latest sourcing techniques and instruments;
- Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates;
- Pre-screen and select resumes;
- Monitor, schedule interviews and keep in touch with the applicants;
- Maintain internal databases, related reports;
- Work on different recruitment projects e.g. applicant tracking system optimization, social networking, career site;
- Perform a Job market analysis and research;
- Work closely together with other members of the recruitment team.
Requirements:
- Understanding of Boolean Logic and advanced internet search;
- Advanced data processing and PC-user skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Solid analytical skills and attention to details;
- IT market proficiency;
- Result oriented, self-driven and pro-active;
- Ability to learn fast and apply new knowledge on practice;
- At least B1 English level;
- At least B2 Portuguese level.
