  • At least 1 year of experience in the position with communication;
  • Understanding of the IT technologies industry, basic knowledge of programming technology differences;
  • Experience in working with social networks and messengers: Facebook, Linkedin, Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Zoom, Google Meets, Google Hangouts;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills;
  • Intermediate+ English level.

  • Connect with partners, clients and candidates/freelancers to participate in new projects;
  • Searching for new ways to expand the pull of potential partners;
  • Participation in the recruitment and sale process;
  • Building, maintaining and developing strong long-term relationships with partners and clients;
  • Sourcing clients through different sources on a day-to-day basis;
  • To be present at the interviews and be able to introduce our company, the partners and candidates;
  • Work closely with company Client Partmer, HR and Source departments, RedJumpers Hub to coordinate the search and set up recruitment priorities;
  • Reviewing and adding CVs, according to vacancy requirements to meet request needs and clients’ expectations;
  • Working with CRM to manage all the requests, comments and results;
  • Managing test task completion by Sources and managers from RedJumpers hub;
  • Gather feedback and conclusions regarding the candidates based on the results of the interviews;
  • Attend UA Tech networking events, MeetUps and conferences to attract new partners, expand networking;
  • Attend qualification courses to improve skills and stay connected with the market
